Im actually useless at these sorts of things but I do use Buffer for scheduling instagram posts, I find it easy and user friendly. I think it does a lot more but I’ve never properly explored it. Hope thats helpful 🙂

I work most weekends and evenings, especially when it’s really busy. I do make sure I socialise at least once a week though for my mental health. and I used to do a run a week to clear my head, thats out the window at the moment…
