    A little break from posting, we’re spending 10 mins (or more if you fancy) getting out and chatting to ideal clients and leading members of our brand community.

    Instead of waiting for our clients to come to us, we’re going to them.

    We’re not selling, but nurturing relationships and starting meaningful conversations to show we actually care.

    As mentioned above, it’s not just about new clients, but the really active members of your community. The advocates who will talk (and rave) about your brand. They are such important parts of your community, it’s important you take time to really engage with them.

    So pop in 10 mins and have a coupla’ lovely chats (I’d recommend 10 mins, then popping another 10 mins later in the day for replies so you don’t get sucked into the platform all day).
