I started my business after my own transformational healing journey, where working with a Hypnotherapist and coaches literally changed my life and allowed me to overcome anxiety, become the most confident I’ve ever felt and start putting myself first. I’m here now to support others to do the same.

I am ALSO a designer. I studied Graphic Design at university and went into a web design career. I started growing my coaching business alongside a part-time design job, until I was made redundant in September 2024 and decided to become fully self-employed.

I now do both of these things and love the variety!
