I’m Hanna – founder of Social Poole and the face behind @findinghannalouise. Both sides of what I do are rooted in the same thing: storytelling, connection and carving out a life that feels like mine.

I started Social Poole after years of hating my life in sales & recruitment and wanting more freedom in my life. After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself without a job, or a home (lol that was fun), and decided that was the kicker to throw everything into a creative career and work for myself!

On the flip side, @findinghannalouise is where I share my own journey – living on a narrowboat (&[ previously van life), embracing slow living, digital nomad life, cold water swims, and all the chaos that comes with choosing a life less ordinary.

I care deeply about mental health, sustainability, queer joy, and helping others realise they don’t have to follow the traditional path to build something meaningful. Whether I’m working with a brand, sharing a slice of real life online, or mentoring someone on their next step – my whole ethos is about doing things with heart.
