A little about me |
My why is to help people live a life they want rather than one expected by society. Life has so many different stressors now and that impacts our health, our relationships with others and ourselves and I think it’s crazy that there are not proper tools out there to support this.
After many years travelling I realised that the corporate life wasn’t for me. I was also on my own wellness journey and realised I was so disconnected from my body, with no idea what I was feeling – until that first breathwork class.. then everything change.
I want to share that because now I am living a life that I love and feel so aligned and connected to the real me.
When I’m not working I’ll be out cycling, hiking, dipping (tell me I’m a millennial) followed by a lovely pint or glass of red. I love being around people, connecting, listening to their stories – there’s always something to learn from every person you meet.
Living my life on my own terms is the simple things. Booking holidays without asking for permission from a strange. Going to lunch on a Wednesday afternoon because I can. Making the most of the sun when its out without asking for permission because I’m from Manchester and I know how rare it can be.
I want to connect with anyone who reads this and nods. Anyone who wants to chat, meetup, co-work, hike, cycle, dip – just other lovely women trying to navigate this wild life!
