I believe that in order for us to find solutions to the problems and resiliently face the challenges of the modern world as a species collectively, we need resilient and happy individuals.

I believe in the beauty and importance of the diversity of human minds needed to do this but, up until very recently, this Neurodiversity has been unrecognised and unsupported.

Meaning that people with brains like mine have been existing in a world that wasn’t made for them. In schools, universities and workplaces that were damaging to them whilst simultanesouly believing that they were the problem.

My past, when I was undiagnosed, was full of disordered eating, various mental illness diagnosis, failures and cripplingly low self-esteem.

I do the work I do as a Neurodiversity Coach and Educator to help celebrate the natural differences of the human mind and, most importantly, to help people with brains like mine learn to like themselves and find more joy in their every day.
